Young, young at heart, girl, boy, pets, plants(why do you think David told us to plant a tree), other wildlife creatures, etc...You get the drill.
P.S.S. Off topic, but speaking of drills, I just had a tornado warning for 10 minutes in my dorm. So...those of you in the midst of weather related nastiness, please be safe!!!!
Just so it's somewhat...still about David. *hums Memory from Cats*

David Archuleta took the stage at The Invisible Children’s Break The Silence event to sing Daniel Bedingfield’s song “Gotta Get Through This.” The event was held to raise awareness and funds to help stop wars in Africa.Disney Dreaming
Watch below and let us know if you like David’s cover of the song!
Last night David Archuleta performed in Nashville for Invisible Children's Break the Silence. His six song set consumed of one song from his latest album, The Other Side of Down, two from his debut and three covers. But one cover stuck out from them all.
David covered Daniel Bedingfield's "Gotta Get Thru This", but with a twist. Towards the end, he added in lyrics to Sting's "Message in a Bottle". The perfect mash-up as the songs blended amazingly while David's new guitarist played acoustic and his new drummer took to bongos.
As for David, he sang this song like nothing's he's ever sung before. Usually a soulful crooner, this sound and vibe was a bit different for David, but he definitely pulled it off. His voice alone went to a whole new level, rarely heard from David. Is this the new approach David has been aiming for? More recently David has been hard at work writing his own music, will it be anything like this new cover? Whatever it may be, it'll sure be some great stuff. And we can all just keep David's "Gotta Get Thru This" on repeat until then.
David Archuleta’s new single, Something ‘Bout Love, makes its debut on Nielsen SoundScan’s list of top-selling digital tracks this week, with 21,000 downloads. The only two Idol tracks that had better weeks were Carrie Underwood’s Undo It and Adam Lambert’s If I Had You.

David Archuleta will appear at Invisible Children's Break the Silence event at Nashville's David Lipscomb University tonight. The Break the Silence events, which will take place in 18 cities around the country, are intended to raise awareness about conflict in Northern Uganda.
It’s been just three years since David Archuleta finished as the runner-up to David Cook on American Idol and reached #2 on the charts with his irresistible pop single “Crush,” but that might as well have been a whole decade ago for how he’s faded from the public memory since then. Archuleta’s second album of original material, The Other Side of Down, sold just 63,000 copies (after his self-titled debut went gold) and its lead single, “Something ‘Bout Love,” failed to even scrape the Hot 100. Like Kris Allen, Archuleta needs something new to prove that he has a future in pop as Idol gets further and further in the rearview.
So David’s gone DIY with it. He started a video blog a while back, mostly featuring him talking about inane topics like snow and the importance of family, but his most recent entry shows him doing what he does best, as he belts out an a capella rendition of Stevie Wonder’s classic 1982 ballad “Ribbon in the Sky.” The heartfelt cover (though Archuleta claims only mild familiarity with the original) shows that all career trappings aside, the dude can certainly still sing, and that if he was to ever to find his voice creatively, there’s no reason why the 20-year-old couldn’t still have a long and fruitful career in the biz. (Big if, though, obviously.)
Check it out, and tell us if you think there’s still something there—if you can forgive that bum note at the end, anyway.
